I live in Knoxville but found my "dream car" here, at Bill Gatton. I bought my car back in February and in June needed some minor things done. I have a warranty but the warranty company tried to tell me nothing was covered. They said to read the fine print. I paid 1500.00 for the warranty and these common things were not covered? (Even though it said on my detailed warranty it was) I called Bill Gatton upset to say the least. They told me they would take care of everything and deal with the warranty company. Not only that, they drove me down a loaner car, picked up my car, and when mine had been repaired, drove it back here to me in Knoxville. What other place do you know that would give that kind of service? I was overwhelmed to say the least. I couldn't be happier with my car and the people at Bill Gatton (Nick especially) go above and beyond what I thought a dealership would. Thank you guys so much for the wonderful service. Your biggest fan!!!!

Probably the best overall car buying experience I've ever been apart of. Me and my family have purchased over 20 vehicles in the last 20 years and this dealership went above and beyond any other car place I've been to.
